Full-timeDescriptionThe Investor Relations Analyst is responsible for organizing the sales pipeline process as it relates to Family Office, Professional Athletes, Institutional, and High Net Worth client segments within Blue Trust. This includes pipeline management, conversation tracking, outreach to clients, and communicating Blue Trust’s value proposition to clients and prospects. The IR Analyst communicates effectively with clients and co-workers, analyzes confidential client information, and integrates financial and biblical principles into customized investment reports and financial plans to help high-net worth clients and institutions achieve their goals.Requirements

  • Assists advisors and pitch teams with tracking opportunities, maintaining the sales pipeline, and interacting with clients and prospects across Family Office, Sports & Entertainment, and Institutional client segments.
  • Assist in the organization of client and prospect events and attends events.
  • Meets with clients and prospects individually and with senior team members in person, conference calls, and zoom meetings.
  • Produces complex investment management reports in third party investment reporting platform for high-net worth clients and institutions.
  • Performs investment management tasks including:

         a. reconciling transactions         b. trading         c. tax loss harvesting         d. re-balancing 

  • Assists senior team members with account reviews, asset allocation reviews, compliance related reviews, and other client support tasks.
  • Creates briefing pages for each prospective client and collects data for CRM entry.
  • Works alongside advisors to develop high quality, accurate, comprehensive, and professional reports and presentations that integrate a biblical worldview and consider all aspects of client accounts and subsequent/consequential results of recommendations or actions.
  • Increases advanced working knowledge and competence in investment management, planning, and reporting through continuing education which may include attending conferences and various training sessions and seminars/webinars
  • Demonstrates computer literacy and knowledge of specialized office programs and demonstrates competency in utilizing software applications that are company specific including third party investment reporting platforms (e.g., Addepar) as well as firm operational and trading platforms (e.g., Orion, Eclipse)
  • Approaches work, interactions, and relationships in a manner consistent with the Company’s Core Values
  • Seeks to continually increase knowledge of biblical financial principles and scripture memory verses to integrate biblical wisdom into client conversations and services and in a manner consistent with Blue Trust’s approach to client counsel
  • Maintains the highest Compliance standards by adhering to the company's Human Resources guidelines, Compliance policies and procedures, professional designation standards, and industry's regulatory standards to mitigate risk to the company

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of those portions of both the old and new testaments of the Bible with scriptural references to money and finances, and ability to apply and integrate this knowledge into all phases of client counsel

Education, Experience & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a finance-related field
  • Prior experience preferred in investment management, investment planning, trading, financial planning and/or financial service, taxes, or accounting

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations: 


  • Additional education and credentials are a plus, such as MBA, ChFC, CPA, JD, CFA, etc.
