Talent Advisor – SPOT Product

About the Role
As a Talent Advisor for SPOT, you will work directly with global clients to deliver interview-ready talent within tight timelines. This is a customer-facing, high-impact role that demands exceptional communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll support recruitment efforts across India, the UK, and North America, ensuring alignment in strategy, execution, and delivery excellence.
What You’ll Do
Recruiting & Sourcing
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, with an emphasis on high-volume and technical hiring.• Use SeekOut technology and advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, socialmedia, niche platforms) to identify top global talent.• Handle multiple requisitions across different time zones, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Own and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy and market insights.• Deliver consistent updates, manage expectations, and drive alignment between clients and candidates through every stage of the process.• Collaborate with internal and cross-regional teams to ensure a seamless global recruitment experience.
Strategy & Process Excellence
• Partner with internal teams to refine and scale SPOT’s recruitment engine, leveraging agentic AI for efficiency and precision.• Continuously optimize workflows and experiment with new tools and approaches to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and conversion.

What You’ll Bring
Communication & Executive Presence• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent SPOT confidently to clients and candidates globally.• Strong presence in client interactions, with the ability to influence, advise, and negotiate effectively.
Recruiting Expertise
• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong background in tech hiring, including exposure to executive and leadership roles.• Proven success in offer negotiation, expectation management, and client advisory.
Technical Aptitude
• Proficiency in modern recruiting tech stacks (SeekOut, ATS tools, automation platforms).• Expertise in Boolean sourcing, and comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research, outreach, and workflow automation.
Domain Knowledge
• Deep understanding of the tech industry, especially SaaS, startups, and fast-scaling organizations.• Experience managing recruitment across global markets (India, UK, North America).• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and consistently deliver results under pressure.
