Position Overview


We are looking for a results-oriented Account Executive with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of property management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with SaaS platforms. Experience in property management or the PropTech industry is highly preferred.As an Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in driving ManageCasa’s growth by building relationships with clients, demonstrating our platform’s value, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities


Sales and Business Development


  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, outbound outreach, and lead generation.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs of property managers, landlords, and HOAs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

Client Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive customer retention and growth.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions using the ManageCasa platform.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize their property management operations.

Collaboration and Reporting


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM ( HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support product development and marketing efforts.

Qualifications


Experience and Skills


  • 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or software sales.
  • Prior experience in the property management industry or PropTech is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation, and consultative selling strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging presentation style.

Technical Knowledge


  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM tools (e.g, HubSpot).
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate the benefits of complex software solutions.
