It combines technology leadership with product ownership and business accountability. This is not a caretaker role.
This is a builder role.
Role Mandate
Own the end-to-end technical and product strategy of the company, aligned with the company systems and agentic platform architecture.You are accountable for turning architectural intent into shipped systems that scale across customers, industries, and regions.
Core Responsibilities
• Own the full platform architecture across IoT ingestion, data pipelines, digital twins, agent orchestration, and user-facing products.• Lead the evolution of the Company Studio into a scalable, modular enterprise platform.• Define and execute AI strategy including agentic systems, orchestration, and applied ML.• Translate customer problems into clear product roadmaps and shipped capabilities.• Make hard tradeoffs between speed, scalability, cost, and long-term leverage.• Hire, lead, and develop a small, elite engineering team.• Establish engineering standards across security, MLOps, DevOps, and governance.• Work directly with customers, partners, and founders on technical decisions.• Own delivery quality.

Product Ownership (CPO Scope)
• Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritisation.• Balance customer-driven delivery with platform leverage.• Define what is configurable, what is productised, and what is not.• Kill features that do not drive ROI or repeatability.
- Technical Project Management.
• Ensure product decisions align with revenue and scalability goals.
Technical Stack Alignment
You must be comfortable owning and evolving systems built around:• Agent-based architectures (CrewAI or equivalent)• Streaming and batch pipelines (Kafka, Redis, Spark)• Graph and relational data stores (Neo4j, PostgreSQL)• Digital twins using DTDL, RDF, Haystack semantics• IoT and OT protocols (MQTT, BACNET, WITSML)• Cloud-native infrastructure (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)• Secure, API-first enterprise integrations
What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience building and scaling real systems, not slides.• Deep technical judgement paired with commercial realism.• Ability to operate across architecture, code, product, and customer.• High ownership mindset. You act like this is already your company.• Comfortable in ambiguity and early-stage constraints.
Compensation and Equity
• Cash compensation below market by design.• Equity earn-in of approximately 3 to 4 percent.• Pre-seed valuation planned north of 20M USD.• Long-term value creation over short-term salary optimisation.
The company is based in Dubai and the Role initially can be offered remote in any country with +/- 4 hours with the UAE.
The relocation to Dubai is mandatory once the funding is received.
