Must-have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, design and development, with specialty in developing native mobile applications, reactive programming and dependency injection.
- Experience building with Server-Driven UI, Model-View-ViewModel and other unidirectional state management paradigms.
- Experience with Swift, SwiftUI and iOS SDK (Objective-C es un nice to have).
- Expertise in Combine is a must.
- Experience with GraphQL, and XCTest.
- Experience building mobile products in a fast-paced environment with high code quality.
- Experience with agentic AI code generation a plus.
- Experience with full stack development a plus.
- A data-driven approach with strong results and outcome-oriented focus, understanding the value derived from rapidly shipping code and learning/iterating on the results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, connecting directly and effectively with cross-functional technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
