<br>In the role, you'll work with our growing Mid-Market team to engage with small to mid-sized property managers and support them through their initial discovery of PriceLabs to becoming active users.<br><br><u>The role operates during APAC hours (4:30 AM to 1:00 PM Philippines Time / 2:00 AM to 10:30 AM Indian Standard Time), focusing primarily on converting smaller to mid-sized inbound prospects.</u></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Serving as the primary point of contact for new small to mid-sized property managers throughout their onboarding process &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Driving conversions of new prospects by conducting compelling and detailed virtual product demonstrations&nbsp;</li><li>Assist new prospects in setting up their PriceLabs accounts and optimize their PriceLabs usage as per their unique revenue management strategies and preferences.</li><li>Clearly and effectively communicating PriceLabs’ value proposition to potential clients</li><li>Consistently meeting &amp; exceeding performance expectations</li><li>Collaborate with the Sales ops team to update and maintain key information and history associated with onboarded mid-size accounts on the CRM &nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate knowledge transfer and smooth handover of selective onboarded accounts that grow beyond mid-size by collaborating with the sales-ops team and In-market Solution Consultants to ensure dedicated account management.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong><u>About You</u></strong><u>:</u></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Proven experience (2-3+ years) as an Account Executive, in Customer Success, or in other sales/customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS company</li><li>Math score of 85% and above in your 10th grade.</li><li>Adept at conducting product walk-throughs over video calls and effectively communicating a product’s value and ROI to clients</li><li>Willing and able to work the APAC time zone</li><li>A track record of achieving defined sales performance metrics</li><li>Data-driven, analytical, and quantitative mindset</li><li>Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.</li><li>Exceptionally well-organized and good with time-management skills.</li><li>Experience with the short-term rental market and managing US/European clients is a plus<br><br></li></ul><div><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px; font-weight: 700; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: -apple-system, ;"><u style="box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px;">How to apply for this position?</u></strong><br><br style="box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: -apple-system, ;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: -apple-system, ;">Please fill out the form with the required details.
