Being part of a growing billion-dollar travel industry, we already have millions in revenue and a team of more than one hundred people with offices in San Francisco, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Mexico City, and we keep expanding.Voyagu is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team and support the company’s continued growth.
You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring with a strong focus on Sales roles as we expand our Warsaw office. This position requires strong sourcing abilities and a proactive approach to building talent pipelines.
What You Will Do
• Full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation, with a focus on Sales hiring for our Warsaw team • Build strong and diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks • Utilize ATS (Breezy HR), LinkedIn Recruiter (Lite), and modern recruiting tools to increase speed and efficiency • Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews and ensure structured assessments • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand priorities and develop effective recruitment strategies• Create thoughtful top of funnel engagement and maintain ongoing relationships with high-potential candidates• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every step and contribute to Voyagu’s growing employer brand
What We Are Looking For
• 2 to 4 years of experience in high-volume recruiting in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments (startup or agency background) • Excellent English communication skills• Solid hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (Lite) and sourcing tools• Familiarity with ATS and modern AI-driven recruiting solutions • Adaptable, curious, proactive, and results-driven mindset• Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian • Experience hiring across Europe and LATAM• Experience helping scale an office or new regional team
