We serve over 1,000 clients across 2,300 locations, and our clients’ communications using the Springbig platform reach more than 37 million consumers, making Springbig the undisputed leader in our sector.Our headquarters are in Boca Raton, FL, where the majority of our employees are located, with additional offices in Seattle, WA, and Toronto, Canada.Position Overview:We’re looking for a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing Sales team and help expand Springbig’s footprint across regulated markets.

This role is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business within a defined territory, while delivering tailored solutions that highlight the value of our SaaS platform.The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter with a proven track record in SaaS sales, strong pipeline management skills, and a passion for high-growth, compliance-driven industries. You’ll work in close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term account growth.

Occasional travel may be required.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and build relationships with decision-makers at retail operators and producers in regulated industries through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and networkingDeliver tailored presentations and demos that clearly communicate Springbig’s value proposition and competitive advantageManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including contract negotiation and internal approvalsMaintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM for all activities and accountsDevelop strategic account plans and territory penetration strategies aligned with business goalsForecast sales results and provide insights on deal status, trends, and competitive intelligenceConsistently meet or exceed defined KPIs including meetings booked, opportunities generated, and closed revenueActively contribute to the evolution of Springbig’s go-to-market strategy by sharing insights from the fieldRepresent the Springbig brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all timesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceMinimum 5 years of business experience, with 2–3 years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales roleProven success building and managing a high-volume sales pipeline and closing new businessStrong consultative selling and value-based sales skills; experience selling to SMBs or mid-market preferredExceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsComfortable navigating CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and using modern sales tools for prospecting and outreachFluent in social selling and digital prospecting methods (e.g., LinkedIn, video messaging, sales automation platforms)Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environmentWhat’s it like to work at Springbig?We’re a passionate, innovative, and growing team that values collaboration, creativity, and a great sense of humor.
