This is a hands-on role suited to someone who’s detail-driven, dependable, and ready to play a key part in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role sits at the heart of that mission.
What You'll Do:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Schedule and process invoice payments.
- Reconcile transactions and support month-end reporting.
- Process and verify employee expense claims.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support general ledger tasks.
- Collaborate closely with Shield AI’s US finance team.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting support.
- Good working knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to task ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-border environment.
- A team player mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
- Finance or accounting qualification (completed or in progress) desirable.
