This is a growth-driven role within a close-knit, high-performing group where accuracy, accountability, and teamwork matter just as much as technical skill.The estimating department works side-by-side in an open office environment, with leadership actively involved in bid reviews and decision-making.

- Prepare detailed drywall framing estimates for commercial projects
- Complete wallboard and plasterboard takeoffs
- Estimate drywall equipment, materials, and supplies
- Perform custom millwork estimating as needed
- Use PlanSwift and OnScreen Takeoff for quantity takeoffs
- Write and assemble clear, accurate bid proposals
- Review bids daily with operations and leadership prior to submission
- Participate in client scope review meetings via Zoom
- Support occasional bid follow-ups (majority handled by leadership)
Bid volume varies, some weeks may involve quick-turn bids within hours, while others allow multiple days for completion. When timelines are tight, the team collaborates closely to ensure success.What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in commercial drywall
- Hands-on experience with drywall takeoffs (training is not available)
- Proficiency with PlanSwift and/or OnScreen Takeoff
- Strong proposal writing and estimating accuracy
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced bid environment
