As a Power Tools Account Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for business customers—placing orders, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping our clients powered up with world-class service.This is your chance to join a team where every day brings something new, and your impact is felt immediately!

💼 What You’ll Be Doing


  • Deliver top-tier support through phone and email—every interaction counts!
  • Build relationships and collaborate closely with Account Managers.
  • Spot trends and offer proactive solutions (we love initiative!).
  • Stay sharp with up-to-date product and service knowledge.
  • Process orders, applications, and requests with accuracy and care.
  • Research information, resolve customer concerns, and escalate priority issues.
  • Maintain detailed call logs & reports (organization is key!).
  • Support both inbound and outbound communications.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Follow up when needed—follow-through makes all the difference.

⭐ What You Bring


  • Exceptional attention to detail and a “let’s figure this out” attitude.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and everything in between.
  • Ability to build rapport and hold meaningful conversations with customers.
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment (6+ months).
  • Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Excel/Word, and navigating multiple systems.
  • Organizational strength, resilience, adaptability, and a positive team spirit.
  • A desire to go Above & Beyond—because that’s how we do things here!

🎯 Qualifications


  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Preferred experience in Business Account Management, Sales, or Logistics.
  • Familiarity with order processing systems or tracking programs.
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Friendly, professional phone presence and strong work ethic.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and stay focused.
