Our Subaru of Chicago dealership is looking for a hardworking, entry-level Service Advisor who’s eager to learn and grow with our team. No prior experience is required - just the right attitude and a drive to succeed.
Location:
Subaru of Chicago - Chicago, IL (60641)
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Saturday
Pay:
Earn $100,000+ per year! (Commission Position)
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and assist with their service needs
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
- Learn to prepare repair orders and explain recommended services
- Help ensure an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- A go-getter with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Someone excited by a fast-paced environment and hands-on training
- A self-starter who wants to control their own pay through our commission-structured pay plan

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (3 yr min)
- Must be willing to submit a background screening
