Position Summary:


Designing, creating, anddeliveringsocialengagementprogramsthroughvariousmarketingchannelstosupportexpansionandgrowthofthecompanybrandandsolutions, providingoversighttotheassignedcompany/brandsocialmediachannelsandcontent (bothpaid/sponsoredandorganic) withtheobjectiveofcreatingbrandawareness, buildingloyalcommunities/following, andinfluencingrevenue.

Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”:


  • Collaborateswithinternalteamsandcross-brandmarketingleaderstoconceptualizeandoverseethecreationofdigitalstrategiesandassetswith a focusonsocialmediaandoverallsocialengagementfootprint
  • Developsandimplementstrategiesandtacticalplanstoengagewithexternal B2B communitiesandinfluenceraudiences.
  • Participatesincreating, buildingandexecuting a globalsocialmediastrategy.
  • CreatesandmanagesPaidandOrganicStrategiesandroadmapacrossallownedsocialchannels.
  • Works withoutsidevendorstosupportsocialmediaand 3rd partyplatformneeds.
  • Createsandimplementsocialmediaadvertisingcampaigns.
  • Ownssocialmediaemployeeprogram, includingcommunicationsandmethodologiesforincreasingemployeeengagement
  • Works withinternalteamsandvendorstosupporttheproductionofcontentincludingblogposts, whitepapers, infographics, andvideos.
  • Works crossdepartmenttosourceappropriatematerialsforsocialmediaownedmedia.
  • Curatesanddisseminaterelevantindustryinformationfordistributionacrossbrandedsocialmediaplatformsandemployeesocialprograms.
  • Buildssociallisteningprogramtotrackindustrysegments, clients, andcompetitorsandcompileinformationtosharewiththemarketingteamandtoinfluencemarketingprogramswhereappropriate.
  • Leverages a rangeofengagementtypesincludingposts, surveys, video, onlineevents, livesocialopportunities, podcasthosting, etc.
  • Builds, maintains, andprovidessocialmediareportingandinsightsmaterial. Strategizeandmaintain a socialeditorialcalendar.
  • Providesoptimizationrecommendationsfortargeting, creativeandbudgets

Essential Qualifications “What You’ll Need”: 


  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Marketing, Advertising or a relatedfield
  • 5-7 years Social marketingexperienceineitheranagencyworkingwith B2B clientsorin a corporate B2B environmentincludingsocialmediamanagement
  • Leadershipexperiencewithdemonstratedsuccess.
  • Experience workingwithsocialmediamanagementplatformssuchasSprout Social, Oktopost, Sprinklr, orcomparableplatform
  • Experience withsocialmediamanagementviachannelsincluding Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok andSlideShare
  • Works with a rangeofaudiences, buildingcommunities, andinfluencermarketing
  • Stronganalyticsbackground; comfortableleveragingdatatomakerecommendationsanddecisions
  • Meticulousattentiontodetailtodocumentactivities, anticipateproblems, planschedulesandmonitorperformanceaccordingtodeadlinesandpriorities.
  • Abilityanddesiretotakeonanychallengeandworkcross-functionallywith a globalteam.
  • Abilitytothinkcreativelyandhastheinitiativetopresentnewideas.
  • Proficientinmanaging PAID campaignexperiencesviasearch, display, socialpreferred
  • Familiarwithimplementationofon-page SEO strategies
  • Experience managing a WordPresswebsite
  • Familiarwith Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Console, Adwords, andTag Manager platforms.
  • Abilitytoworktowardgoals, meetdeadlines, andcontributepositivelytotheteamenvironment
  • Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelyinboth a verbalandwrittenmanner.
