Job purpose
This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and works closely with the Clinical Technology Team, communication with upper management and specific related departments. Obtaining and tracking all internal employee access to external facility systems.
Duties and responsibilities
Communicate with staff on new credentials, changes, & access confirmationCommunicate with Legal/facility contacts on signing and execution of contractsCommunicate with management team and client facilitiesCommunicate with Compliance for any facility access concernsCorporate site administrator for several client facility remove systemsDeactivate and request facility accessesSupport with Administrative responsibilitiesBuild and maintain JIRA & Confluence data bases (Maintain tracking for client/facility contacts for remote access)All other duties as assigne
Qualifications

Physical Requirements
Physical ability to sit, talk, hear for extended periods throughout the work day; stand, walk, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel and reach on a regular to seldom basis. Repetitive hand motions on a frequent basis including fingering, grasping and handling. Ability to read handwritten and typed documents on paper and/or on computer screens.
