An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team as a HR Business Partner to cover parental leave on a fixed term of 18 months based in Gdańsk, Poland. This is a great opportunity for a business focused and dynamic professional; the ideal candidate will have 6+ years of previous working experience in human resources within an international company. The role will provide local strategic and operational HR support to business teams in Poland working in partnership with global and Europe business and HR teams.

Most importantly, you will be expected to make a difference.Position responsibilities:• Deliver direction and guidance to support world class HR operational service delivery and employee experience to businesses, leaders and employees located in Poland.• Contribute to the development of a culture of diversity & inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery.• Deliver a climate of trust and employee engagement which investigates employee concerns or complaints, develops resolutions, and counsels employees.• Work closely with business leaders to understand their business plans to help deliver outcomes from strategic People Plans into operational HR service delivery plans and actions.• Partner with global HR teams (HR Business Partners, specialized HR Centers of Excellence and HR Services) to develop HR solutions and services which deliver business value and support employee experiences in the ‘moments that matter’.• In alignment with the global HR Services teams, help support the delivery of key HR services (e.g.

benefits administration, relocation support).• Through participation on special projects or teams, support the continuing transformation of HR via global HR process implementation and the HR technology platform.• Work with HR global process owners and experts to continue the change management process to integrate standard HR work processes and implement them in Poland.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required skills/experience):• Proven track record delivering HR services and support, ideally in an international and complex matrix environment.• Demonstrated capability to assimilate data and information quickly, earn respect and work with complex briefs in a short timescale.• Subject matter expertise in general and Poland HR policies, practices and legal framework.• Demonstrated experience of working with cross functional teams to lead successful business growth and value.• A high degree of cultural sensitivity, demonstrated ability to work effectively with multi-cultural and business teams.• Demonstrated experience of supporting HR change management programs to support business initiatives and change.• Demonstrated experience of using HR data systems and project management techniques – analysis and interpretation of data, projects and information.

Proven Microsoft Office skills.• Excellent Polish and English verbal, written and presentation skills, high impact communication style.• Demonstrated flexibility of approach and ability to work in a multi-functional, multi-cultural team environment.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):• University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Law or a related field. Professional HR accreditation preferred.Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g.
