Threekit’s Director of Marketing will run marketing day-to-day. They will be the operational and strategic heartbeat of the marketing function, making sure Threekit’s story is clear, our channels are active, and our campaigns drive real pipeline.

- Owns day-to-day marketing execution across all core channels (website, digital, events), ensuring consistent activity, high quality, and strong alignment with business goals.
- Leads and manages external agency and partner relationships, ensuring they deliver high-impact work and are aligned to priorities, timelines, and KPIs.
- Establishes operational rigor across the marketing function, including campaign planning, calendar management, reporting, and process optimization.
- Shapes and refines Threekit’s story, translating complex AI capabilities into clear,compelling value propositions for enterprise manufacturers.
- Builds pipeline in partnership with Sales, ensuring tight collaboration on targeting,lead flow, and campaign strategy.
- Analyzes performance data, identifies trends, and rapidly iterates to improve ROI and funnel efficiency.
- Partners with leadership to define positioning, GTM strategies, and long-term marketing vision.
- Provides strong internal communication, reporting on performance, insights, and opportunities.
- Brings a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style while setting standards for quality, accountability, and creativity.

The successful candidate must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of our Chicago office and be present in the office two days a week.*Threekit's salary ranges are determined based on market data for our industry and company size, and take into account work location, skills, experience, and education/certifications.
