With operations across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, the company delivers fully integrated solutions covering design, engineering, construction, modular systems, and digital asset management.The company is expanding its footprint in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, and they’re seeking a dynamic Senior Business Developer to lead growth initiatives, drive client acquisition, and strengthen the position across corporate and healthcare sectors in Western region of Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose
The Senior Business Developer plays a strategic role in identifying, pursuing, and securing high-value opportunities for the company’s offerings in the Western Region (Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah). This includes corporate workspace projects, healthcare fit-out, modular interior systems. The ideal candidate brings strong market relationships, proven sales performance, and deep understanding of construction/design/build sectors in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Lead business development activities across the Western Region and own revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert opportunities in corporate offices, healthcare projects, modular construction, and digital solutions.
- Qualify leads, conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, RFP responses, and coordinate with technical/engineering teams when needed.
- Maintain an active pipeline using a structured sales process.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Map the market and develop a regional business development strategy.
- Track major developments, tenders, projects, contractors, consultants, and facility owners across the region.
- Analyze competitors, pricing trends, and customer expectations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and sustain strong relationships with decision-makers: contractors, consultants, architects, hospital administrators, real estate developers, and corporate facility managers.
- Act as the regional point of contact for key accounts, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, industry events, and professional networks.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with design, engineering, modular, medical, and digital solutions teams to develop accurate technical proposals.
- Coordinate with project management and operations during handover of awarded projects.
- Support marketing with regional insights and case studies.
Key Requirements
Experience & Background
- 7–12 years of experience in business development / sales within:
- Design & build / fit-out
- Healthcare / medical interiors
- Modular construction
- Furniture solutions
- Construction / engineering services
- OR digital solutions for built assets (BIM, CMMS, Digital Twin) – preferred
- A strong network in the Western Region (Jeddah–Makkah–Madinah) is a major advantage.
- Proven track record of closing medium to large projects (SAR 1M+).
- Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, developers, and hospital management teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, interior solutions, and modular systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset).
- High commercial awareness and client-facing maturity.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
