Drupal Developer
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Drupal Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Drupal content management system. The ideal candidate will have experience with building custom modules and integrating third-party services to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. In this hands-on position, you will work collaboratively with federal employees and cross-functional teams to architect, design, build, deliver, and enhance highly available, scalable, and real-time systems.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Drupal-based websites and applications.• Create custom modules, themes, and other components to meet project requirements.• Integrate APIs and third-party services for extended functionality.• Determine and recommend best designs based on customer business objectives, timelines and resource constraints.• Configure and optimize Drupal for best performance.• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.• Collaborate with customers and other project members to deliver projects on time.• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and security.• Stay updated on Drupal best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
• 4–6 years of solid experience building web applications in Drupal 8/9, PHP 7/8, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.• Proven experience with responsive and adaptive design and software design patterns.• Experience building and consuming various APIs.• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.• Solid knowledge of web development best practices related to web security and accessibility.• Working experience with version/source control (Git or equivalent).• Experience working in an agile and service-oriented environment.• Experience with DevOps framework.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
FDA experience and/or existing Public Trust clearance is ideal.

Preferred Certifications
• Drupal 9/10 Certified Expert• Cloud Engineer Certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Certification)
Education
Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3–5 years of prior relevant experience.
