Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) JazzHR
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions
Support employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) JazzHR and recruiting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proven experience as a recruiter, HR coordinator, or in a similar talent acquisition role a plus but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
