This is a hybrid position working from both home and the office in Victoria, B.C. Canada.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages COS (Customer Order Service) requests via company collaborative and messaging tools to drive customer satisfaction (Email, SF, ERP, MSTeams etc.)
- Primarily responsible for quote to sales order processing including order review QAQC
- Manages the delivery of pre- and post-sales support to clients and customers.
- Liaises between customers and production/manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing, and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery, and billing inquiries.
- Completes product and service quotes/quote to order transition and/or completion plus follow-up.
- Provides customer communication that is documented through company CRM (SalesForce).
- Provides consistently high customer service levels and standards.
- Keeps abreast of new company products and services.
- Forwards complex and escalated customer service issues to senior staff.
- Account Management: Maintain and update customer account records with accuracy and confidentiality

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Phone Systems: Proficient in operating multi-line telephone systems
- CRM Expertise: Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and best practices
- Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated, exceptionally organized, and capable of working independently
- Customer Service: Demonstrates outstanding customer service with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Time Management: Skilled in prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaboration: Enthusiastic about engaging with both internal teams and external clients
Additional Information:
- This is a hybrid role requiring regular weekly attendance at our office in Victoria, British Columbia.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 CAD per year. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. AEM considers a wide range of factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education, licensure and certifications, key skills as well as other market and business considerations when extending an offer. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
