What You’ll Do
- Conduct neuro consults and follow-ups via telehealth
- Manage treatment plans for stable neuro patients
- Document efficiently in EMR (modern templates, minimal clicks)
- Coordinate with neurologists for escalations
- Track outcomes and support continuity of care
- Focus on patient care—we handle scheduling and billing
Must-Haves
- Active NP license in CA, OR, NY, or PA
- Minimum 2 years NP experience (neuro or primary care preferred)
- Comfortable with telehealth and EMR tools
- Independent, reliable, and responsive
