So, what’s the role all about?
We’re seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer who will ensure the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of Cognigy’s software products in modern cloud environments. This role serves a critical purpose: maintaining high system uptime, strengthening cloud infrastructure, reducing operational toil, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Director of SRE and the wider SRE team to advance observability, automation, and operational best practices across Cognigy’s SaaS ecosystem.
How will you make an impact?
• Automate Kubernetes and microservices lifecycle processes• Operate and monitor cloud infrastructure for SaaS stability• Continuously improve monitoring and alerting• Support engineering automation• Provide guidance to SRE and DevOps engineers• Improve observability, scalability, reliability• Participate in on‑call rotations
Have you got what it takes?
• Strong SRE/cloud reliability engineering skills• Linux, networking, cloud administration expertise• Kubernetes production experience• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills• Preferred certifications: Kubernetes, Cloud Engineer, DevOps
