- Role: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Location: Richmond, VA • Field-based home health (Amelia, Powhatan, Tri-Cities)
- Pay: $90K–$105K per year + productivity bonus potential
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Join an established team of 10+ PT/PTAs restoring mobility and independence at home.
What You’ll Do
- Perform in-home PT evaluations and treatments
- Build and adjust care plans per MD and RN orders
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and safety
- Track and document progress in WellSky/Kinnser
- Coordinate closely with RNs, OTs, STs, and case managers
- Manage your own daily visit schedule with minimal office calls
Must-Haves
- Active Virginia PT license (in good standing)
- Reliable transportation for field visits
- EMR documentation experience (WellSky/Kinnser preferred)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to meet Medicare home health documentation standards

- Pay: $90K–$105K base + productivity bonus potential
