The Senior Technical Program Manager will be a champion of program and project management, end-to-end launch plans, change management, and organizational dynamics.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a core day-to-day leadership partner—working alongside a Product Manager and Engineering Manager—to support the executive owner of a village/pod and jointly drive strategy execution, cross-functional alignment, and measurable impact for complex technical programs.
- Lead and support quarterly planning for assigned programs and the broader village/pod, including roadmap development, capacity and resource planning, dependency identification, and scope alignment across teams.
- Drive program and project decomposition by breaking down large initiatives into clear, actionable workstreams; navigate organizational boundaries to establish timelines, clarify interdependencies, and ensure coordinated delivery across multiple teams.
- Monitor program health and execution, proactively identifying and removing impediments, resolving program-level risks and roadblocks, and ensuring continuous momentum toward delivery commitments.
- Facilitate executive-level escalations and program-level change management, ensuring timely communication, alignment, and resolution; lead program reviews with delivery teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Own tracking and management of quarterly priorities, maintaining visibility into progress against commitments, surfacing risk early, and ensuring accountability to delivery timelines for all stakeholders.
- Lead program-level communication, keeping executives, stakeholders, and delivery teams informed of roadmap updates, release plans, and delivery status; socialize learnings and integrate changes to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Translate and communicate highly technical project details into clear, business-aligned plans and milestones, ensuring shared understanding across technical and non-technical teams.
- Mentor and coach junior program managers, promoting knowledge sharing, developing capabilities, and driving adoption of program management best practices.
What We're Looking For:
As we evaluate candidates across all roles, we look for folks who have a strong sense of ownership, great communication and collaboration skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of experience in a technical program management role
- Proven ability to organize multiple teams delivering on often interconnected product, marketing, data, and infrastructure development initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with leadership and C-suite executives
- Ability to quickly build strong working relationships across teams and earn trust and confidence in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Ability to align program and project management best practices and reporting with company objectives and strategic goals
- Ability to identify risks and dependencies and navigate conflicting requirements and opinions to drive quick decision-making and accountability across domains
- Experience using the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Operates with transparency, empathy, and positivity

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $132,000 per year. The final salary amount will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, and insights gained throughout the interview process
