We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and service-oriented Front Office Executive to manage the reception area and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role is responsible for maintaining a positive company image while supporting daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities
:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, professional reception and front office area at all times.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for scheduled meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with security and access procedures.
- Monitor and coordinate replenishment of reception and office supplies as needed.
- Perform any additional tasks as requested according to the company’s policies and procedures
Qualifications & Work experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field.
- 3 years' experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Front Office Executive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
