Revenue Management Analyst – US Healthcare

 Experience Required- 2 to 3 years

 Location- Gurugram (Hybrid)

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports, numbers, and revenue data.
• Background in data analytics or related fields.
• Experience in revenue management, billing, or financial operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with BPO operations or experience in a BPO environment is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to support process improvements.
• Proficient in handling large datasets and generating actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly revenue reporting by maintaining the weekly revenue comparison report, analyzing revenue trends and discrepancies, and sharing actionable insights with stakeholders.

• Perform accurate weekly reconciliation of bank and posting-level data, review reconciled information with the immediate superior, and coordinate with billing teams to understand payment collection processes across different software systems.

• Assist in achieving monthly revenue targets by supporting revenue forecasting, participating in weekly strategy discussions, and monitoring key performance metrics such as payment postings, AR production, and charge production.

• Support the monthly invoicing process by initiating month-end communication, ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines, and validating invoices for accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with team leaders and managers to brainstorm revenue strategies, provide insights for business decks, and contribute value-adding actions to improve account performance.

• Identify opportunities for revenue process improvements by understanding, documenting, and enhancing revenue management workflows, and assist in implementing new processes to increase operational efficiency.

• Gain a strong understanding of end-to-end revenue management processes in medical billing through training and mentorship, and prepare reports and analyses on charges, payments, and AR trends.

• Submit weekly reports highlighting revenue concerns, escalate critical issues promptly to the immediate superior, and conduct root-cause analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

• Learn and utilize client-specific software systems for report extraction, data gathering, and supporting collections and revenue reporting activities.
