The After Sales Technician is responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair activities on company equipment at customer locations. This role ensures timely service delivery, accurate troubleshooting, proper documentation, and adherence to safety standards. The technician will work closely with customers, internal departments, and team members to maintain reliable equipment performance, provide technical support, and uphold a high level of customer satisfaction.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES1.    Install and configure equipment, systems, or machinery at client sites.2.    Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.3.    Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.4.    Repair or replace faulty components to restore functionality.5.    Provide on-site training and guidance to customers on equipment usage and care.6.    Address customer inquiries professionally and escalate unresolved issues as needed.7.

   Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.8.    Prepare detailed service reports and submit them promptly.9.    Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry standards.10.    Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSEducation and Experience:•    High school diploma or equivalent•    Trade or Vocational School a plus•    Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.•    Strong knowledge of power generation equipment preferred.Specific Skills:•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.•    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.•    Read & interpret blueprints/drawing specifications. •    Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of power systems.•    Proficiency in reading gauges, schematics, and test documentation.•    Familiarity with diagnostic software and basic computer use.•    Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.•    Operate general hand tools, air tools, and power tools for assembly and installation tasks.•    Use a variety of tools and equipment, including measurement devices, multimeters, oscilloscopes, ammeters, and voltmeters, to perform diagnostic and assembly work accurately.•    Must be able to lift 50lbs.Other Requirements:•    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.•    Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays if needed.Benefits:•    Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA and Supplemental Insurance options•    Company paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability•    401K•    Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off•    Employee referral program•    Training•    Opportunities for growth•    And more!10 years as the North American leader in oilfield equipment innovation and manufacturing, with 3 facilities across the U.S.
