Atlanta, GA | Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days in-office)Leapfrog Services is seeking an Endpoint Management Administrator to help modernize and streamline how we manage Windows and Mac endpoints across our multi-tenant client environments. What You’ll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of Windows and Mac endpoints: provisioning, onboarding, configuration, updates, restocking, and retirement.
- Configure and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM, and Addigy (for Macs).
- Support hybrid identity environments leveraging Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Assist with patching, compliance, and enterprise software deployments.
- Maintain device standards and improve provisioning workflows through documentation and process development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Build Room, Service Desk, Field Services, M365 administrators) for escalations and cross-team initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements that enhance standardization and scalability.
- Contribute to Leapfrog’s Modern Desktop strategy through initiative, ownership, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
This is not a help desk or Tier 1/Tier 2 support role. This position focuses on modern endpoint management, tooling, automation, and operational excellence.Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in endpoint administration, desktop engineering, or advanced IT support roles.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Intune (device policies, compliance, app deployment)
- Autopilot (profiles, provisioning, troubleshooting)
- MDM environments (Windows and/or Mac)
- Familiarity with:
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- Group Policy, conditional access, identity fundamentals
- Patch management and update processes
- RMM tools (Datto RMM experience is a plus)
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with limited direction
- Strong communication skills and documentation habits
- Comfort working in both structured and evolving technical environments
Certification Requirement
Candidates must hold or earn within 60 days of hire:Required Certification (one):
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (Exam MD-102)
Leapfrog provides exam reimbursement and study materials for post-hire certification.Bonus Certifications (not required, but strongly preferred):
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (Exam MS-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- CompTIA Security+
- Addigy or other Apple MDM certifications
- ITIL Foundation Certification
These certifications demonstrate broader capabilities in identity, cloud, security, and process management.
