The Role:
As our Culture & Influencer Marketing Manager for Thailand, you’ll drive the local strategies to embed the brand into Thai Culture and amplify its reach through key partnerships. Based in Bangkok and reporting to the Thailand Marketing lead, you will collaborate with regional and global teams to craft campaigns that spark trends, engage audiences, and drive growth.We need a cultural insider fluent in Thailand’s social pulse—someone who leverages trends, digital platforms, and creator networks to build authentic brand love.
You’ll identify cultural opportunities, nurture influencer relationships, and execute campaigns that make the brand a talking point.The ideal candidate thrives where culture meets commerce. You understand Gen Z, possess a robust creator network, and turn insights into viral ideas. From co-creating with influencers to tapping subcultures or launching bold activations, you’ll ensure the brand resonates uniquely in Thailand—authentic, disruptive, and unforgettable.
What you’ll do
- Lead Thailand’s cultural & influencer strategy, crafting campaigns that align with local trends, business objectives, and global brand vision.
- Embed the brand into Thai culture through partnerships with creators, communities, and cultural icons to drive relevance and love.
- Own influencer & creator relationships - build and nurture a network of macro/micro influencers, TikTok creators, and niche subculture leaders.
- Co-create viral-worthy campaigns for product launches, cultural moments(festivals, viral trends), and brand storytelling.
- Manage influencer agencies and creator collaborations, ensuring authentic, high-impact content that resonates with Thai audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with social, content, and product teams to integrate influencer content into broader initiatives.
- Monitor cultural conversations, track emerging trends, and adapt strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Measure impact—analyze impressions, engagement, sentiment, and cultural share-of-voice to optimize campaigns and prove ROI.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in culture-driven marketing, influencer strategy, or brand partnerships, ideally in lifestyle or entertainment.
- Strong connections in Thailand’s creator economy - you know rising creators, niche subculture icons, and the platforms where Gen Z hang out.
- A cultural storyteller who turns brand messages and product features into viral-worthy content, co-creating with influencers.
- Proven success in designing influencer campaigns that drive measurable impact.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
- Experience managing agencies and working with senior stakeholders
- Bilingual: fluent in Thai and English
