food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety
while learning directly from an experienced chef. What You’ll Do
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating during daily kitchen operations and events.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas and follow all safety and sanitation standards.
- Learn and apply proper use and care of kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment.
- Support inventory organization, ingredient rotation, and supply tracking.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure quality and presentation excellence.
- Participate in rotations across kitchen functions to gain broad exposure to culinary
- operations.
- Uphold The Potter’s House standards of professionalism, hospitality, and confidentiality.

What You’ll Bring
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Must provide two (2) non-family recommendation letters (teacher, pastor, or supervisor).
- Interest in culinary arts, food service, or hospitality.
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

- Schedule: Flexible within standard business hours; occasional evening or weekend event support may be required.
