We are seeking a UMC & TPH Outreach Intern who is passionate about community service, humanitarian work, and operational excellence. This internship offers hands-on experience in program coordination, event logistics, and community engagement, while developing leadership and teamwork skills that make a tangible difference.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What You’ll Do
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing outreach and community service projects.
- Support volunteer coordination, including registration, communications, and event-day logistics.
- Help manage inventory, donation tracking, and supply distribution for service events.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and impact documentation.
- Participate in community engagement activities, representing UMC& TPH Outreach & with professionalism and compassion.
- Support marketing and communication efforts for upcoming outreach initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the mission and values of UMC & TPH Outreach.

What You’ll Bring
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Must submit two (2) non-family recommendation letters (teacher, pastor, or supervisor).
- Interest in community outreach, nonprofit leadership, social impact, or ministry.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in dynamic environments.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and assist with setup or distribution as needed.

- Duration: 12 weeks, up to 20 hours per week.
- Schedule: Flexible within standard business hours; occasional evenings or weekends for outreach events.
