Your Journey to Success:
This role sits at the center of MFour’s data-driven decision-making. You will help monitor and interpret the health of our business—supporting acquisition, lifecycle, and product teams with accurate reporting, thoughtful analysis, and insights that move the company forward. Your work ensures we understand consumer behavior, optimize growth initiatives, and maintain high-quality datasets across our ecosystem.
Your Mission:
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting, including revenue, ARPU, retention, churn, acquisition cost, and conversion metrics.
- Partner with lifecycle and acquisition teams to analyze campaign performance, interpret A/B tests, and understand shifts in user behavior.
- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot dashboards in Tableau and Amplitude.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and investigative deep dives to support new growth strategies.
- Monitor data quality, identify unusual behavioral or fraud patterns, and escalate KPI anomalies.
What Sets You Apart
- 1+ year of experience in growth, product, or marketing analytics—preferably in a mobile app environment.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, messy datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets plus experience in Tableau and/or Amplitude.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experiment analysis, and measuring lifecycle or acquisition campaign impact.
- Clear, reliable communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot ambiguous data issues.
