Position Overview
As the Director, Enterprise Sales at Euna Solutions, you will lead a team of Senior Account Executives responsible for driving net-new revenue across our full suite of public sector SaaS products, including procurement, budgeting, grants, payments, and more. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a balance of sales management, enterprise deal execution, and deep understanding of government agency challenges.You will coach and mentor your team to deliver results while also personally owning key enterprise opportunities.

Your focus will include state-level and large agency clients, with an emphasis on complex, consultative sales cycles and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Senior Account Executives across Canada and the U.S.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales and Marketing leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies by vertical.
  • Track, report, and manage pipeline activity, forecast accuracy, and team performance through Salesforce and KPIs.
  • Promote a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on results and customer value.

Enterprise Sales Execution

  • Identify and pursue state-level and major agency opportunities, working closely with AEs on top strategic deals.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level, department heads, and procurement leaders across the public sector.
  • Lead customer engagements and executive presentations to position the full Euna product suite.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles including RFPs, vendor approvals, budgeting timelines, and procurement processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with pre-sales, marketing, product, and professional services teams to tailor solutions and ensure strong handoffs.
  • Review and approve pricing proposals and contract terms to ensure alignment with both client needs and company goals.
  • Share customer feedback with product and implementation teams to support ongoing innovation and client success.

Market Presence & Enablement

  • Represent Euna Solutions at conferences, webinars, and industry events to build brand visibility and source leads.
  • Stay informed on government regulations, compliance requirements, and public funding trends.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise software/SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to public sector/government clients.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas through complex sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of public sector procurement, contracting, and sales processes.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling into the U.S. and Canadian markets is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), proposal development, and strategic account planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field preferred.
