  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, proposals, and contracts; provide performance forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing on strategies, collateral, and case studies
  • Stay abreast of product updates and communicate value to clients
  • Gather and analyze client feedback for service improvement
  • Meet or exceed gross profit targets and revenue objectives
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
