We are passionate about fostering dynamic online communities and are looking for a talented Legal Intern to join our innovative team.
Your impact:
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience in the tech industry, working on diverse projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and advice across various areas of law and business units, including sales and commercial operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including software licensing agreements, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Liaise with clients and external counsel on legal matters.
- Conduct research for ad hoc legal and regulatory projects.
- Maintain and update a centralized contract management system.
Your ideal profile:
- A degree in law from a reputable university (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- A solid understanding of intellectual property law, commercial contracts, and data privacy law.
- Previous legal experience (e.g., internships or part-time roles) is a plus.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
