What we’re looking for
- Strong Ruby on Rails experience (Rails 7+ preferred), with familiarity in Hotwire, ViewComponent, and Tailwind CSS.
- Product-Minded Software Engineer with experience working in fast-moving startup environments — you care about why we're building something, not just how.
- Self-directed “manager of one” who enjoys owning problems, driving decisions, and seeing the real impact of your work.
This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm or Linköping, with a few days per week in our offices.
