- Support management and employees in maintaining compliance with OSHA, CAL/OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations
- Develop and implementJob Safety Analyses (JSAs)andLockout/Tagout (LOTO)procedures
- Lead or assist inincident investigationsandroot cause analyses
- Conductworkplace inspectionsand recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate and deliversafety and environmental training, including new hire orientations
- Participate as aSafety Committee leader, fostering engagement and accountability
- ManageEHS documentation, including training records, incident reports, and compliance data
- Supportenvironmental complianceprograms — stormwater, air, wastewater, and hazardous waste
- Assist withSPCC and SWPPPdevelopment and implementation
- Schedule and managehazardous waste disposaland reporting activities
What You Bring
- 4+ years of EHS experience in anindustrial or manufacturingenvironment (wood products experience a plus)
- Associate's OR Bachelor's degree inOccupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Must have STRONG experience with environmental regulations!
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA, CAL/OSHA
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain or maintain certifications including OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, RCRA, and California Title 22
