About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate is an experienced developer who can design, build, and maintain complex web applications from front to back, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers. You should have a strong understanding of modern web technologies, software architecture, and best coding practices.
Key Responsibilities

Strong proficiency in PHP with hands-on experience developing applications using the Laravel framework
·Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.· Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.· Implement APIs, integrate third-party services, and optimize database performance.· Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.· Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.· Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.· Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance development efficiency.
Qualifications
Education:· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Experience:· 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.· Proven experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.· Strong proficiency with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java, or .NET.· Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.· Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).· Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile development environments.When you join UNIFIN, you do more than joining a company.
