About the Role


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist to support the day-to-day administration and continuous enhancement of our global total reward programs.In this role, you will contribute to the delivery and execution of compensation and benefit programs and processes, and provide responsive support to employees across the organization. You will work closely with the Total Rewards team and broader HR team to ensure our programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in a way that enhances the employee experience.The ideal candidate is a strong self-starter who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, works with accuracy and speed, and cares deeply about employee support and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support the delivery and administration of global employee benefit programs including insured benefits, retirement, paid time off, voluntary benefits, etc.
  • Assist with benefit changes, renewals, and employee communication.
  • Assist with annual benefits enrollment and employee education sessions.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit contributions and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate billing and invoice payments. 
  • Support the leave of absence administration by partnering with third-party LOA administrator and HRBPs.
  • Own and administer the rewards and recognition programs.
  • Support the administration of global compensation programs, including annual compensation cycle, bonus payments, etc.
  • Participate in survey submissions by completing and submitting company data to all relevant surveys.
  • Support total reward initiatives such as job architecture, benefit system implementation, RFP process, vendor onboarding, etc.
  • Respond to employee questions related to benefits, leave of absence and other total reward programs, with accuracy, empathy, and a service mindset.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, process guides, and SOPs for Total Rewards programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across different countries.
  • Support Total Rewards team and programs as needed. 

Skills & Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or related Total Rewards work.
  • Experience in a global or multi-country organization preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets; comfortable working with HRIS and compensation tools such as UKG, Barley or Pave. 
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently on assigned tasks, and follow through on commitments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborative team player who partners effectively across functions, regions, and time zones.
  • Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well market and business considerations: Summary Pay Range: $78,000 - $90,000
