Position Overview:
This full-time, in-person apprenticeship sits at the intersection of Marketwake’s internal marketing engine and Punchlist’s customer success efforts.As a Junior Associate, you will help coordinate and execute Marketwake’s internal marketing initiatives while also supporting Punchlist users with exceptional customer service, thoughtful engagement, and smooth onboarding.This role is ideal for a proactive, organized team member who enjoys working across teams, solving problems, and contributing to both brand growth and product success.
What You’ll Do for Marketwake (Internal Marketing)
- Help manage the internal marketing calendar and keep initiatives (email, social, content, website) moving on schedule.
- Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and assets in our project management tools so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Support internal initiatives by gathering inputs, prepping briefs, and organizing deliverables from our various teams.
- Schedule internal marketing syncs, build agendas, take notes, and track follow-up action items.
- Review drafts of internal marketing assets for accuracy, links, and brand consistency before they go live.
What You’ll Do for Punchlist (Customer Success)
- Welcome new Punchlist users and guide them through onboarding and setup.
- Run live Punchlist demos for prospects and customers, following a simple framework and highlighting key use cases.
- Respond to customer questions via email/chat in a clear, friendly, solution-focused way.
- Flag bugs, feature requests, and usability issues to the product team and close the loop with users.
- Monitor engagement, trial activity, and renewal risk; share insights with the product and leadership teams.
- Gather customer feedback, success stories, and testimonials, and assist with renewal reminders and follow-up to support retention and expansion.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Comfortable learning new tools (CRM, project management, support platforms, SaaS products).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Prior experience in customer service, support, or marketing coordination is a plus, not required.
