We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Compliance Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have over 5-8 years of experience in security compliance and a deep understanding of various compliance frameworks and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain security compliance programs to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential security risks and ensure compliance with SOC, HIPAA, ISO, FedRamp, CMMC, and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor and report on compliance status, providing recommendations for remediation and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains compliant.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on security compliance best practices and requirements.
- Own the preparation and submission of compliance documentation and reports to regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of SOC, HIPAA, ISO, FedRamp, CMMC, and NIST compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
