The Awardco Center of Excellence (COE) provides tailored guidance to our Awardco customers and internal teams on recognition budgeting, program design, change management, and much more. As a practitioner in our COE practitioner, you will provide strategic guidance to Awardco prospects, clients, as well as internal teams across Awardco.As the COE Enablement Manager, you will support the COE in many areas.

We’re looking for a strategic and creative individual to join our COE team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, consulting, and customer success, eager to learn, and ready to make a significant impact. If you have a strategic mindset and a knack for creating compelling content, we’d love to meet you!

What you will do:


  • Collaborate with the COE to design and create engaging materials including presentations, one-pagers, custom assets and more
  • Support the COE in client consulting engagements (pre/post-sales), including design support and meeting follow-ups
  • Assist in creating and maintaining workflows that feed and inform the Client Success and Sales enablement team roadmaps
  • Expand upon and formalize COE production metrics and involvement data to generate executive overview documentation
  • Maintain and refine COE asset production workflows covering needs assessment, priority assignment, progress tracking, stakeholder consultation, and distribution to enablement and marketing channels
  • Support the development and execution of training programs on COE content for internal teams
  • Facilitate quick turnarounds on timely needs for projects and presentations
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of workflows that inform and feed the CS/Sales enablement team roadmaps
  • Develop and maintain formal internal listening strategy, including the development of regular internal surveys, focus groups, interviews, and the distillation/refinement of dinings to inform the development of a strategic content roadmap for the COE

What you will bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently (this will be key!) and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using traditional project management methods 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to operate quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suite, experience with design tools including Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
