This is a front-line role that feeds the entire mid-market sales team. The quality of your work directly affects how fast we grow.This isn’t a script-reading job. You’ll be reaching out to owners, team leaders, and senior decision-makers at real estate firms. You Have
- 1+ years of experience in a lead generation role using the phone, email or other media platforms
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Great verbal communication skills and telephone presence
- Real Estate industry and mid-market sales cycle experience is highly preferred

What you’ll do
- Prospect and qualify mid-market opportunities with real estate brokerages and firms.
- Run high-quality outreach across phone, email, and social channels.
- Develop a sharp understanding of the needs of brokers, team leads, and executives.
- Create qualified meetings for Mid-Market Account Executives.
- Track activity, learn from data, and refine your approach.
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve targeting and messaging.
- Represent Luxury Presence with clarity, curiosity, and professionalism.
