Through continuous collaboration withdistribution partners and a deep commitment to customer service, Client ensuresevolving risks are met with creative underwriting and product innovation—allunderpinned by an Australian-based, customer-centric support ethos.Role OverviewClient is looking for a commercially astute and analytically strong Commercial Managerwith 7–10 years’ experience from top-tier investment banking, managementconsulting, or private equity. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership andinvolves financial modelling, commercial agreement negotiation, and strategicanalysis from a fully remote setup based in the Philippines.

While exposure to personallines insurance will be viewed positively, it is not an essential requirement for this role.“Client invests in its people and seeks a candidate committed to growing with thecompany; the ideal candidate will have demonstrated loyalty to previous employers,evidenced by at least four years’ tenure with a single organisation.”Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support commercialagreements with providers and partners.• Lead negotiations focusing on commercial terms, risk assessment, and valuecreation.• Partner with external legal counsel to communicate commercial aspects ofcontracts; understand commercial contracts to ensure alignment between legaland business requirements.• Conduct ad hoc financial and strategic analysis at the request of CEO, COO, andsenior leadership.• Monitor partner and contract performance and provide insights andrecommendations.• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, attending the virtual officeduring working hours.Candidate Profile• 10 -12 years of work experience with at least 7 years of experience ininvestment banking, tier 1 management consultancy, or private equity.• Strong commercial acumen and experience working with commercial contractsand legal teams.• Experience or familiarity with personal lines insurance is beneficial but notmandatory.• Proficiency in financial modelling and negotiation.• Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote,virtual office environment.• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.• Holds a university degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a closelyrelated discipline.Compensation Package• Monthly salary range: ₱180,000 to ₱200,000 PHP.• Includes mandatory 13th Month Pay as required by Philippine law (a 13th salarypayment paid annually, typically by December 24).• Additional benefits include flexible working hours, work-from-home setup,internet allowance, and health insurance.TimingInterviews will be held in December 2025, with the successful candidate starting in January2026.
