We’re launching our newest market in Columbia, South Carolina, offering a unique opportunity to lead expansion. This role gives you the chance to build a team, shape culture, and make a direct impact on a high-growth territory.
Position: Sales Manager
We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
- Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement
- Perform ride-alongs (4–5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weekly
- Review and adjust schedules, complete cancel-save appointments
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals
Requirements
- One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required
- 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Details
- W2, OTE $175,000–$300,000+ (draw, commission & bonuses paid weekly)
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days)
- Full-time, weekends required
