JOB SUMMARY


The Administrative Data Coordinator will be responsible for collecting, organizing, interpreting, and transforming multiple sources of data to assist executive leadership, management, and employees in making necessary business decisions. This person will combine administrative and data management skills to support the efficient and accurate handling of information within the division.

Some of the key duties and responsibilities are:


1. Data Entry and Management: Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases2. Report Generation and Analysis: Creating reports and summaries based on collected data to support decision-making3. Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance such as scheduling, filing, and communication4. Be able to work between various divisions assigned to the Regional Director5. Assist in data acquisition, collection, reconciliation, corrections, and entry as needed.6.

Present analytical results and data visualizations in a way that is meaningful for APM management and Executive leadership.7. Be proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software8. Ability to review files and gather pertinent information for compliance proposes9. Work with the Staff Development and Quality Assurance Teams to discover where advanced analytical techniques can be leveraged for solving business problems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate Excel skills minimum is required. 
  • Proficiency with report generation 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced academic office atmosphere is required
  • Ability to communicate with people of varying backgrounds and skillsets and maintain good relationships with all employees and stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy
