This role offers an exciting opportunity to join Seerist, a growing company creating industry-leading technology for predictive security analysis. As a Client Support Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, high-quality client experience across our platform.You will support our client-first mission by ensuring users are onboarded correctly, platform issues are resolved promptly, and internal teams receive proactive insights that help them stay ahead of client needs.This night-shift role is ideal for individuals who enjoy autonomous work, problem-solving, and supporting global clients across time zones. 

Role & Responsibilities


  • Own the end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding of Seerist platform users with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform access issues (logins, permissions, content visibility).
  • Perform basic data checks and prepare usage/ trial-monitoring summaries for internal teams.
  • Support sales and customer success teams with timely client insights and follow-ups.
  • Monitor platform activity and escalate issues in line with internal protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support cases in HubSpot. 
  • Work in Excel to format and standardise client metadata (e.g., locations, lat/long data) into upload-ready templates for the platform.
  • Provide clear, timely communication to client-facing colleagues regarding issues, progress, and resolved items.

Required Qualifications


  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose basic platform issues. 
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks.
  • Comfortable with night-shift hours on a long-term basis.

Desired Qualifications


  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in client support or operations.
  • Experience with CRM or support platforms (e.g., HubSpot/ JIRA)
