HR Manager (Specializing in C&B)

·Assist in C&B strategy implementation to support business growth and retain the talents, which is in line with group guidelines and competitiveness in the market;·Evaluate effectiveness of existing C&B policies, guidelines, and procedures, and to recommend revision plan or new plan;·Handle annual salary market study and survey, benchmark the local market trend and provide insights and recommendations based on analysis result;·Facilitate annual bonus and salary review;·Provide end-to-end C&B projects and initiatives support, including but not limited to Grade/Title, Retention/Incentive, Bonus/Salary Structure, Alignment/Standardization, etc.;·Provide supports in areas of employee/labor relations, performance management, training and development, HR information systems, HR reporting, and overall organizational effectiveness;·Other related work assigned by supervisors.

·Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources, Finance, or other related fields;·8+ years of experience in HR field, at least 3 years hands on experience in C&B function;·Experience and success with positive employee relations in the healthcare industry will be preferred;·Experience with “field work” and supporting multi-site facilities from an HR support perspective.

·Excellent reporting & analyzing skill, with strong logical and reasoning ability;·Proactive with good judgement and can work under pressure/across boundary;·Knowledge of C&B Process, relevant government rules and regulations;·Ability to write and speak in English well, proficiency in excel and PPT, work experience in multi-national firms will be an added advantage;·Detail oriented and result driven;·Good stakeholder engagement skills, team work spirit, respect and value people.
