RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tour & Event Coordination
- Plan and execute logistics for tours, conferences, and one-off events, including travel, lodging, meals, and ground transportation for multiple artists, including Elevation Worship and Elevation Rhythm.
- Be the liaison between production teams and tour managers to our central department.
- Ensure seamless communication between creative, production, and administrative teams leading up to each event.
- Maintain and track event budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
- Works directly with each Tour Manager for individual artists' tours to ensure tour success
- Artist Management (Elevation Worship & Elevation RHYTHM)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, ensuring clarity on schedules, deliverables, and creative expectations.
- Manage day-to-day communication with artists, creative directors, and external partners.
- Coordinate media requests, interviews, and promotional appearances.
- Support artist development by helping balance creative vision with logistical execution.
- Maintain alignment between Elevation Worship and Rhythm brand expressions, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Team Support & Culture
- Partner with creative, production, and worship teams to ensure events and tours reflect the mission and heart of the ministry.
- Help cultivate a healthy, relational, and God-honoring culture on the road and off.
- Anticipate needs and solve problems quickly with a calm, collaborative spirit.
MUST-HAVES
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Background in artist management, live event production, or tour operations
- Experience managing contracts, riders, or production advancing
- Strong organizational, logistical, and communication skills
- Experience managing tours, events, or artists in a live production or music ministry setting
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and moving parts with excellence
- Relational and professional presence — able to represent the artists and church with integrity and warmth
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing plans
- Proficient in scheduling tools, travel coordination, and budgeting
- Alignment with Elevation Church’s mission & values
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
- Familiarity with Elevation Worship, Elevation Rhythm, and contemporary Christian music industry standards
- Understanding of brand management and creative marketing.
DAY-TO-DAY
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
- Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
