What you’ll do:
- Serve as the senior subject matter expert on software and systems development to the government customer.
- Lead design, development, and integration of secure and scalable application development utilizing modem frameworks and technology areas across the user-facing. back-end, and data storage tiers to meet functional and stakeholder requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to government software development and coding best practices which include utilization of unit, functional integration and smoke tests, code reviews; utilization of pull requests l merge requests and cohesive enterprise application architecture; internal SOPs, and interoperability requirements across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Collaborate across cross-functional technical teams to accomplish mission objectives, integrate with software from other business units, and manage backlog and feature prioritization based on customer direction, and deliver iterative testable code.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence with your knowledge and skills, and use your creativity to provide innovative solutions that fit the customer’s needs.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.
- Possess a BA/BS; Relevant experience can be substituted for education.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
SALARY RANGE: $156,000 - $193,000The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
